| 摘 要： | 知识经济使管理的基本对象由体力(肌肉骨骼的机械力)输出向脑力(智慧)输出的偏移。这使得传统管理面临系列的挑战，其中核心问题是知识作业的工效，并提出了知识作业基本工效问题研究的三点思考。
