| 摘 要： | 科技期刊编辑人才培养对提高科技期刊质量有十分重要的意义,而目前对科技期刊编辑人才培养却缺乏足够的重视。论述了科技期刊编辑人才培养的3大原则:超前性原则、系统性原则和实效性原则,并阐述了科技期刊人才培养的4种具体方式:教育为本,发挥高校培养人才的主渠道作用;在职攻读学位,提高学历层次,发挥知识的辐射作用;业务进修,短期培训,发挥学术团体的作用;以老带新,发挥老编辑的传、帮、带作用。

| Abstract: | The training of editing talents of scientific & technical journals is very important to the improvement of the quality of the journals.At present,less focus has been made on such training.This paper will discuss the three principles for the training of editing talents of scientific & technical journals: the principle of leading,system and effectiveness,and also the four ways for training: university education as a key role in the training;in-service education for academic degrees in order to improve the educational level and develop the radiation function of knowledge;further business study or short-term training in order to develop the academic group's function;the veteran editing personnel helping the new comers in order to develop the veteran's function of teaching,helping and leading. |
