| 摘 要： | 完善证人出庭作证制度是推进审判方式改革,实现社会主义法制现代化的客观必然要求.而要想对这一课题做出富有实效的回答,就必须充分认识我国证人出庭作证制度的现状以及所面临的问题.本文对于证人出庭作证的完善,以及科学技术的发展对于证人出庭作证制度的帮助等进行了分析探讨,认为这几个要素的存在是现代化的趋势所在.

| Abstract: | A well-established system facilitating court testimony is a pragmatic necessity in ushering trial reforms and modernization of the Socialist legal system.It's facing before we can provide a substantial response to this subject.This article analyzes and makes an approach to the way of the witness appearing in court,the right of the witness to refuse appearing in court. |
