| 摘 要： | 针对高职模具设计与制造专业学生的就业状况和模具企业对学生知识和能力的要求,提出模具设计与制造专业课程改革措施:用工作任务训练学生的职业岗位能力,在学习模具设计和结构形式的同时,将已经学习过的机械制图、金属材料与热加工、模具机械加工技术、机械设计基础、公差与配合等模具专业基础课融入到教学中,夯实学生的机械设计知识基础,提升了学生就业能力和择业能力。

| Abstract: | According to students＇ employment condition in higher vocational mould design and manufacture major and the demand of mould enterprises for students＇ knowledge and ability,this paper puts forward the curriculum reform measures in mould design and manufacture major.Students＇ vocational post ability can be trained by working task.When students study mould design and structure form,some mould professional courses can be combined into the teaching,including the studied mechanics drawing,metal materials and hot processing,mould mechanics processing technology,mechanics design basis,as well as tolerance and cooperation.It can emphasize mechanics knowledge basis to promote students＇ employment ability and selecting-employment ability. |
