| 摘 要： | 教师的职业态度直接决定着教师的职业行为，并间接制约着教学质量，进而影响到学校的可持续发展。本研究对黄冈师范学院中青年教师的职业态度进行了调查分析，研究结果表明：中青年教师的职业态度总体上是积极、健康、乐观进取的。他们关注自身的工作成就和发展条件，关注学校的生存和发展，关注教学质量的提高，对学校未来的发展充满期待，同时也深感工作压力较大。

| Abstract: | In university,teachers' attitude towards vocation not only determines teachers' vocational behaviours,but influences the educational quality and sustainable development of the university.This study undertakes a survey on the vocational attitude of the young and middle-aged teachers of Huanggang Normal University.The result shows that the vocational attitude of the young and middle-aged teacher is positive,healthy,optimistic and enterprising on the whole.Most of the teachers are concerned about their own ach... |
