| 摘 要： | 创新教育是一种新的教育理念。创新教育的实施关键在于建设一支创新型教师队伍。高师院校作为教育事业的“工作母机”，应主动适应创新教育对创新型教师的要求，大刀阔斧进行改革，进一步发挥其为中国教育事业发展所起的保驾护航的作用。
