| 摘 要： | 本文对江苏南京、镇江两市7所民办高校辅导员的工作生活质量进行了调查,从工作生活与工作外生活关系、人际关系、工作满意度及尊重、自我实现的需求等4个方面进行了探析,并从高等教育行政部门、高校和个人等三个方面提出了一系列改善工作生活质量的对策。
