我国35个城市人力资本投资与城市竞争力实证研究

摘    要:提升城市竞争力是城市政府面临的迫切需要解决的现实问题。城市人力资本投资是提升城市竞争力的关键。本文分别设计了评价城市竞争力与人力资本投资水平的指标体系,运用多元统计分析方法对我国35个城市竞争力和人力资本投资进行了实证分析与比较。通过实证分析,进一步研究人力资本投资对城市竞争力的影响。

Abstract:It is an actually urgent issue for urban government to improve urban competency. Urban human capital investment is a key way to improve urban competency. This paper respectively establishes index systems to measure urban competency and human capital investment, then uses multi-statistic analysis methods to make empirical analysis and comparison to urban competency and human capital investment in 35 cities in China. By empirical analysis, further research is made on the effect of human capital investment on urban competency.
