| 摘 要： | 本文论述了图书馆知识管理体系的含义及组成，从知识资源库、人力资源管理、知识服务、知识管理系统四个方面论述了图书馆知识管理体系的基础、核心、重点和关键。认为图书馆知识管理体系的建立，不仅能改善图书馆知识的利用，而且能提高图书馆的竞争力。
