| Abstract: | Dispute about conception and research area of knowledge management has been existed for long time. In order to distinguish and evaluate about the influence factor of the success or failure of knowledge management project, it is necessary to understand it in the point of system thought and to design an integrated entirely knowledge management framework model that is accepted at large. Firstly, it starts with the research actuality about knowledge management and the analysis of the views of theoretics and school, through the point of system analysis view, discusses the system framework, connotation and extension of knowledge management in the viewpoint of system analysis and the system theory, to design a knowledge management framework model. Then on the has of this model, it puts forward the system framework and the practice application example of knowledge management system software. |
