| 摘 要： | 在大学英语教学中，教师首先应该学习先进的教育教学理论，从而在教学实践中以自己的教学行动影响学生的学习观念。教师要善于融合传统和现代的教学方法，在课堂上给学生以充分的时间去发挥他们的主体作用。其次，教师要转换角色，以帮助和合作者的身份与学生共同学习，共同成长，最终使学生成长为学习的主体。再次，教师要真正站在“全人发展”的立场去看待教学活动，充分发扬课堂民主，使一切学生都有发表自己观点的自由和权利，给学生自主学习能力的发展御造必要的外部条件。
