西部高校英语专业师范生自主学习能力的实证研究

摘    要:在大学英语教学中,教师首先应该学习先进的教育教学理论,从而在教学实践中以自己的教学行动影响学生的学习观念。教师要善于融合传统和现代的教学方法,在课堂上给学生以充分的时间去发挥他们的主体作用。其次,教师要转换角色,以帮助和合作者的身份与学生共同学习,共同成长,最终使学生成长为学习的主体。再次,教师要真正站在“全人发展”的立场去看待教学活动,充分发扬课堂民主,使一切学生都有发表自己观点的自由和权利,给学生自主学习能力的发展御造必要的外部条件。
