| 摘 要： | 政府采购制度是公共财政的一个组成部分，是加强高校财务管理的重要举措，是反腐倡廉的治本之道。政府采购制度又是新生事物，这一制度本身应不断完善和健全，高校财务应积极地配合政府采购行为，解决面临的问题。

The system of government purchasing also is a new thing. It should be completed and established continuously. The financial affairs of colleges should cooperate the government purchasing to solve the problems. |
