| 摘 要： | 依托国民教育培养国防人才的培养模式,已经成为当今世界军事人才培养的趋势。我国自2000年起开始依托普通高等学校培养军队干部,此举为我军培养了大量高素质军事人才。本研究分析了体育专业院校向军队输送毕业生的情况,结合体育专业院校的师资、课程、场馆设施、生源特点等方面资源,查阅了"特种兵"选拔与培养的机制,论证了体育专业院校培养国防生人才的优势。研究表明体育专业院校纳入培养国防生系列中非常重要与可行,培养国防生人才的突破口为"特种兵"人才。体育院校培养国防生有利于增加特种兵后备人才的培养基地和人才培养数量;提高特种兵的成材率和成才速度;解决高军事体能、高军事技能人才缺乏问题;联合培养有利于实现双方资源的有效整合利用,实现双赢;有利于拓宽体育专业院校办学途径。

| Abstract: | National education of national defense students has been the trend of military personnel training.Since 2000,China has began to train military cadres through colleges and universities,which trained a large number of high-quality military personnel.This paper focused on military talents training of athletic sports schools,demonstrated the advantages of national defense students training of athletic sports schools from deferent aspects such as teachers,courses,facilities and characteristics of students.The selection and training mechanism of "Special Military Soldier" was also analyzed in this study.The results show that defense students trained in sport colleges is very feasible and the break through is "Special Military Soldier";defense students trained in sport colleges would increase the number of training base and personnel training base,level up talent training,solve the problem of lack of higher military talent,ally-training would achieve win-win and broaden the education ways of athletic sports schools. |
