| 摘 要： | 通过对中国大学生体育协会(简称FCSC)发展路径的研究与思考,并与美国大学生体育联合会的比较分析,探索在以"举国体制"为背景的中国体育管理体制下,中国大学生体育协会的发展模式。认为中国大学生体育协会至少在7个方面存在可以改进之处,即,管理体制、法规体系、领导机构设置、运作模式、经济效益、管理人员素质、运动员管理模式。在对其现存问题的分析和与国际经验的比较下,对我国大学生体协对于中国大学生的综合素质培养、高校高水平体育运动发展以及探索转型期中国大学生体育协会新的发展模式具有十分现实的意义。

| Abstract: | The article aims at exploring the development model of Federation of University Sports of China(referred to as FUSC) by studying and reflecting on the development path and comparing with United States comparative analysis of Federation of University Sports of China,with "Nationwide System" as the representative of China sports management system as the basis.By comparison,China Federation of University Sports of at least 7 aspects there can improve,that is,management system,laws and regulations,leadership organization setup,operation pattern,the economic benefits,management personnel quality,athletes management mode.It is very practical significance for the development of our students sports association on the overall quality of students traning,university high-level of sports development and exploring new development mode of Federation of University Sports of China by comparisoned with exiting problems and international experience. |
