高职院校毕业生就业中的性别歧视问题分析

摘    要:目前高校毕业生就业中的性别歧视问题日益严重。在对我国高职院校毕业生就业中性别歧视的现状及其不良后果进行分析的基础上,从劳动力市场、企业、社会保障制度、社会偏见等方面对高职院校毕业生就业中的性别歧视产生的原因进行了深入分析,从而有针对性地给出对策建议,希望为高职院校女生就业问题的解决提供参考。

Abstract:At present gender discrimination in employment of college graduates is increasingly serious.On the basis of an analysis of the present situation and its negative effects of sex discrimination,the paper made an in-depth analysis of the causes of gender from the labour market,enterprises,the social security system and social prejudice,to specifically give suggestions,hoping to offer the resolution to employment problem of female students.
