| 摘 要： | 针对目前大学英语听力教学中存在的问题，提出应该将元认知策略应用到听力教学当中。教师应该培养学生的元认知策略使用的意识，培养学生昕前计划的能力．培养学生自我监控的能力，培养学生评估和反思的能力以及培养学生课外自主学习的能力。

| Abstract: | The writer raises that metacognitive strategy should be applied to college English listening teaching to solve the problems of listening teaching.Teachers should cultivate students’ awareness of using metacognitive strategy and students’ capability of planning,monitoring and evaluating.Students’ capability of autonomous leaning should also be improved in listening teaching. |
