| 摘 要： | 第 2 7届奥运会女子 10 0m金牌得主琼斯 ,在跑的技术有着明显的个人特点 ,其跑步技术的“前驱”性和其他技术特征上的合理性 ,向我们提示了短跑教学、训练工作应向多极化方向发展。文章用运动技术分析的方法 ,从琼丝技术特点的角度 ,对其跑的技术从某些侧面进行了研究。 |

| Abstract: | Jones is the gold medal winner of the women's 100-meter race in the 27th Olympic Games. There are striking individual characteristics of her skill of running. The superlative skill of running and the rationality of the characteristics of other skill point out that the teaching and training of the short distance runs should develop in the direction of multi-polarization. The characteristics of Joan's skill of running were analyzed from several sides by the method of technical analysis. |
