| 摘 要： | 十八大报告提出了"中国特色新型工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化"的"新四化",其中的城镇化成为讨论最多的话题。随之召开的两会再次掀起城镇化的热议浪潮。"城镇化"已经上升为我国全面建成小康社会的国家战略,建构具有中国特色的新型城镇化道路亦成为推动我国未来高速发展的一条主线。归纳总结学界关于中国特色社会主义城镇化发展道路的研究成果,进一步明晰中国特色社会主义城镇化发展道路的未来方向,对于有效推进中国特色社会主义城镇化发展具有重要的学术价值和现实指导意义。

| Abstract: | The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China （CPC） put-forward the ＂new four modernizations＂ which include new industrialization, information, urbanization and agricultural moderniza- tion with Chinese characteristics. The urbanization has become the most popular topics discussed with the two sessions. ＂Urbanization＂ has become Chinese national strategy to build a well-off society in an all- round way. Summarizing the research results about the urbanization development path and further clarif- ying the future directions for the urbanization development path of socialism with Chinese characteristics has an important academic value and practical guiding significance for effectively advancing the urbanization development of socialism with Chinese characteristics. |
