| 摘 要： | 法治这一概念有一历史形成过程。在我国 ,依法治国 ,建设社会主义法治国家 ,就是实现人民当家作主的法律化、制度化。这一目标包含了社会主义所追求的正义、秩序、自由、平等的法律价值 ,而其核心价值是正义和秩序。
