摘    要:探讨重瓣黄刺玫组培快繁的实用技术,筛选出重瓣黄刺玫的休眠芽培养的最佳培养基配方及激素水平(2/3MS-MAA1.3mg/L+BA3mg/L),阐明了重瓣黄刺玫的休眠芽培养、继代培养及生根培养技术和移栽成活、壮苗培育的科学栽培技术,找到了一条快速繁殖黄刺玫的新途径.

Abstract:The paper explores the practical techniques for fast propagating double-petal yellow prickly roses and selecting formula of the best culture medium for the resting bud of double-petal yellow prickly roses and the level of hormone. It also expounds the scientific techniques for the cultivation of the resting buds, the cultivation of the roots. transplanting and strong sprout cultivation. A new way to fast propagate yellow prickly roses has been found.
