高校教师绩效考核存在问题分析

摘    要:针对当前高校教师绩效考核制度中存在的问题,从考核目的、考核内容、考核方法、组织实施考核以及考核结果的运用五个方面结合绩效考核的相关知识进行认真分析,利用绩效管理的基本原理来探索提高和改善高校教师工作绩效的方法。

Abstract:According to the problems in the current university employee performance appraisal system,by analysis of the assessment purpose,assessment content,assessment methods,organizational assessment and evaluation results of the implementation,five aspects of the relevant knowledge of performance appraisal,the methods to improve the college teachers' appraisal are put forward with the basic principles of performance management.
