| 摘 要： | 随着建筑节能改造工作的快速推进,既有建筑节能改造效益综合评价逐渐成为建筑节能管理的重要环节。建立了既有居住建筑围护结构节能改造效益综合评价体系,利用属性层次模型对节能改造综合效益进行了评价分析,并用实例说明了该方法在建筑节能改造效益综合评价中的价值。
