| 摘 要： | 研究表明，竞技体育人力资源调控的目标是根据我国竞技体育可持续发展的要求，通过对竞技体育人力资源进行合理的规划，发挥竞技体育人力资源对竞技体育发展的最大价值；竞技体育人力资源调控的任务包括保持人力资源供给与竞技体育可持续发展需要之闻的平衡，促进人力资源在竞技体育生涯的良性发展，促使竞技体育人力资源发挥最大价值，促进竞技体育人力资源与社会的协调发展。

| Abstract: | It is analyzed the goal and task of Chinese elite sport manpower resources adjusting and controlling. This article revealed that the goal is exert manpower resources most value to elite sport development through reasonable programming, according to elite sport sustainable development demanding. The task are as followed: maintain the balance of demanding and supply, promoting coordinated development for elite sport career, inpeling its most value and harmonized with social development. |
