| 摘 要： | 科技中介机构是科技成果转化为商品或产业的有效载体和关键环节，也是科技创新体系不可缺少的组成部分。广东省要实施科技兴粤战略，首先是要完善科技创新体系。文章探讨了广东省科技中介机构的发展现状、经验和存在问题，并提出应对的发展思路。
