| 摘 要： | 在污水处理行业中，偏心螺杆泵是一种比较常见及重要的设备，主要用于输送的介质有生污泥、消化污泥以及浮渣等。偏心螺杆泵吸、排口反接后会给泵在运行上带来一些不良因素及危害，特别是对轴密封及连接轴等传动件的损害，从而导致设备出现介质输送泄漏、工作效率下降及使用寿命缩短等一系列不良后果。因此，偏心螺杆泵的使用安装最好严格按照吸、排口要求正确安装。

| Abstract: | As a kind of important equipment of sewage treatment industry, eccentric screw pump is being used widely for raw sludge, digestion sludge and scum conveyance. Take the inverted connection of inlet and outlet of the eccentric screw pump as an example, the effects such as leakage, low effective, short life time, etc. of eccentric screw pump which result from sealing and shaft damage are discussed. Therefore, obeying the installation instruction is strongly recommended. |
