| Abstract: | Innovative leading cadre cultivation is to improve the ability of independent innovation and the construction of an innovation -oriented country leading power. The key to it is overcoming the innovative thinking obstacles, tempering the leading cadre~ bravery quotient and state of mind, training their rational a- nalysis, intuitive decision making ability and good perseverance, and establishing a scientific evaluation mechanism. |
