| 摘 要： | 远程教育不仅是对学习者提出的挑战，更是对从事远程教育教师的挑战。造就一支理解远程教育内涵，体现远程教学特色的教师队伍是远程教育可持续发展的关键。本文通过借鉴国际远程教育师资队伍建设的成功经验，针对我国远程教育师资队伍存在的问题，提出了相应的对策。
