| 摘 要： | 在社会转型的新时期,人们对体育有了更深的认识,体育作为一种生活方式已经完全融进当代女大学生的生活,形成了她们为实现体育生活化而进行的各种体育活动的特定生活模式。当代女大学生体育生活的内涵极其丰富,主要包括体育生活方式、体育意识、体育行为、体育生活价值观和体育生活效绩等方面。

| Abstract: | People had deeper understanding to the sports in the new period of the social transformation, as a kind of life style sports has already melted completely into the life of contemporary female undergraduates. they carry out various sports activity that become all of it into a particular mode of life for the sport is as their life, the Contemporary female undergraduates' sports life is a healthy, civilized life style, its content is very profound; it mainly include the athletics life style, the athletics consciousness, athletics behavior, the athletics life value and the effect of sports life etc. |
