| 摘 要： | 学生党支部是高校党组织最基层的组织单元,是联系广大党员和学生的纽带。独立学院学生党支部设置大多沿袭母体高校党支部设置模式。以纵向为主的专业、年级模式客观上导致了学生党支部的不稳定性、学生党员数的不均衡性、学生党建工作的不相融性。以横向为主的"支部建在班上"的班级模式也出现影响班级工作、党建工作滞后、管理人员缺乏的问题。"一体两翼"模式不仅破解了独立学院党建工作难题,创新了党建工作机制,而且缓解了管理人员缺乏的矛盾,增强了支部稳定性,明确了班级组织中的复杂关系,给新时期独立学院学生党建工作带来了新的契机和活力,丰富了党建工作的内涵和工作机制,将会促进独立学院党建工作的持续、健康发展。
