| 摘 要： | 经济危机后产业结构调整对中职学校专业设置布局、规模、师资提出新的要求.中职专业与产业结构在适配性方面,存在专业布局结构相符,重点专业发展不突出;生源数量比例相适,规模化特色发展不明显;师资素质相对合理,层次分布与产业结构失衡等问题.通过举例分析,提出中职学校专业设置的优化对策:调整专业结构,做好精品专业;深化校企合作,关注学生通用技能培养;注重教师专业发展,加强"双师结构"教学团队建设.
