| 摘 要： | 现代服务业的发达程度是衡量一个国家或地区综合竞争力和现代化水平的重要标志.现代服务业的发展需要强有力的人才支撑.面向现代服务业的应用型人才应具有扎实的理论基础,基本的实践操作技能,良好的团队合作精神及服务意识,以及高水平的服务创新能力.而目前我国这一领域的人才培养存在总量不足,结构不合理等问题.为促进地区现代服务业快速有序发展,应从人才需求数量和人才结构两个方面对面向现代服务业的应用型人才进行合理的需求分析.
