| 摘 要： | 基于DCS模型理论,比利时为了验证工作特性(工作要求、工作控制、社会对工作的支持以及自我导向性学习倾向)对工作者进行与工作相关的学习行为的影响,在佛兰德斯的一个业余职业教育中心展开调查.调查显示,只有自我导向性学习倾向达到一定程度才会促使与工作相关的学习行为达到满意的程度.借鉴比利时对DCS模型理论的这一新发展,我国职业教育应努力实现学习与实践的整合一体,培养学习者的自我导向性学习能力,完善学生工作实践的反馈机制,防止消极性社会支持.
