| 摘 要： | 面对人才竞争激烈、大学生就业难的现实,以市场需求为导向,以提高学生综合素质、提高就业率为目标,不断更新教育理念、改变教学方法和教学手段,建立民族院校电气信息类大学生创新实验室,为加强少数民族大学生创新意识和创新能力的培养,全面提高少数民族学生的综合素质,提供必要的创新基地和实践工作平台。

| Abstract: | The construction of the innovative electron and information laboratory in nationality colleges and universities aims to meet the fact that the fierce competition leads to the difficulty of undergraduate employment.Its object is to strengthen the undergraduate education of the innovative consciousness and ability,promote the general quality of minority nationality students and supply the necessary innovative base and practical operation platform.During the process of the construction,we'll observe the guide of market demand,update our education ideas and reform our education method to promote the general quality and employment status of our students. |
