| 摘 要： | 计量和评估林业项目的经济价值是林业项目管理最基础的工作。林业项目经济价值计量的基本方法有市场价格法、收益法和指标法等,对林业项目经济价值计量时,资料和数据必须是能够收集到的。经济评价是在经济计量的基础上对项目进行的经济分析,林业项目情况非常复杂,对具体林业项目必须根据其实际情况进行综合经济评价,不同林业项目的评估必须采用同一种方法,这样才有可比性,才能对项目做出准确的评估。

| Abstract: | The economic calculation and evaluation is the essential works for forestry project management. The methodology of economic calculation includes market price, incoming and index etc. When calculating the economic value of the forestry project, the material and data should be collected directly. Economic evaluation is an economic analysis based on the economic calculation. The situations of forestry projects are very complexity, so the idiographic economic evaluation of different forestry projects must result from integrate appraise accordance with the local situations. It is a right way to use same method to evaluate different forestry projects, which has the comparability and can give an exact evaluation. |
