| 摘 要： | 本文分析了目前高校辅导员存在职责的繁杂化、岗位的非职业化、培训的简单化、地位的边缘化等职业困境及其产生的原因，提出通过提高认识、明确方向，摆正角色、回归本位，健全制度、完善机制等调整策略，加强辅导员队伍建设。
