| 摘 要： | 多党合作的互相监督，首先是民主党派对执政党的监督，这是我们党的一贯主张。建设社会主义政治文明，必须进一步强调民主党派对执政党的监督，这是人民当家作主、改革和完善共产党的领导方式和执政方式、完善我国政党制度的需要。要收到民主党派监督执政党的实效，必须有制度和法律的保障。

On the Supervision of Democratic Parties to the Ruling Party |

| Abstract: | The multi-parties cooperation and mutual supervision is,firstly,the supervision of democratic parties to the ruling party.This is our party's consistent position.For constructing socialism politics civilization,the supervision of democratic parties to the ruling party must be further emphasized.It is necessary for people to master their own affairs,to reform and complete communist leadership's way and the ruling way,and to complete the political party system of our country.For practising the democratic parties to supervise the ruling party,there must have system and legal guarantee. |
