| 摘 要： | 传统的远程学习模型不能满足不同用户的个性化学习需求。在部队管理规范远程学习及训练系统的开发和实现中,采用个性化远程学习模型,能够满足远程教育中对个性化学习进行指导、训练及考试的要求,并取得了较好的效果。

| Abstract: | Traditional distance-learning model can not satisfy personalized learning requirements of various users. We apply Personalized Distance-Learning Model to the development of The Management Rules Training System and meet the personalized requirements of the teaching, training and examination. It proves to be effective. |
