基于Pro/TOOLKIT的齿轮快速设计系统的研究与开发

摘    要:针对齿轮结构复杂,直接使用Pro/E造型困难、工作量大、效率低的特点,基于Pro/E平台,运用二次开发工具Pro/TOOLKIT研究与开发了齿轮快速设计系统。用户通过友好的界面输入齿轮设计基本参数,即可自动生成齿轮的三维实体,从而缩短产品开发周期,提高设计效率。

Abstract:For the complex structure of gear and the features of difficulty, heavy workload and low efficiency when modeling directly by Pro/E, gear rapid-design system is researched and developed based on Pro/E platform using secondary development tool Pro/TOOLKIT. By inputting some basic design parameters of the gear by friendly interface, the strict 3D-solid of the gear is automatically generated, thus shortening the period of development and improving the efficiency.
