| 摘 要： | 本研究运用心理测量和心理实验方法 ,对备战第 1 8届冬奥会自由式滑雪比赛的国家集训队运动员进行心理能力发展水平的研究。结果表明 :我国自由式滑雪运动员心理能力发展总体水平良好 ,但发展不均衡 ,与自由式滑雪运动员的技术水平发展和参加冬奥会所要实现的目标不相应。因此 ,根据研究结果和课题组与教练员的共同研究 ,确定自由式滑雪运动员备战第 1 8届冬奥会心理攻关服务内容为 :运动员情绪调控能力的训练 ,对技术动作复述能力的训练 ,加强对运动员赛前心理定向与调控能力的训练。经运动员参加世界杯和本届冬奥会比赛结果验证 ,我们确定的心理攻关服务内容具有一定的针对性和实效性 ,同时 ,也为我们今后继续服务提供了理论和实践依据

| Abstract: | The study, with the psychometric and psychological experiment method, analyzed the psychological ability development of Chinese free skiing skiers who were preparing 18th Winter Olympic Games. The result shows that the general development level of these skiers was good, but is not balanced. It is not match the technique development of these skiers and the goal they pursuit in the Winter Olympic Games. Thus, according to the study result and after discussed with the coach, the content of psychological service for the free-skiing skiers who would participate 18th Winter Olympic Game would be: the training of emotion regulation and adjustment, the training of the ability of repeating technique movement, the training to enhance skiers' pre competition psychological orientation and control. Through the competitions at World Cup and Winter Olympic Games, it is confirmed that all the psychological service mentioned above were specific to the skiers' problem and also effective. Meanwhile, the study also provides the theoretical and practical basis for our later service. |
