摘    要:追求教师培训效果的实效性,是当前亟待关注的闸题。关注教师个人教育观念的形成,对追求教师培训效果的有效性有重要意义。任何个人教育观念的形成都是在理论与实践之间不断循环的过程。要根据教师个人教育观念的形成过程,安排教师个人教育观念的培训策略及方式。

Abstract:Pursuing the effectiveness of teachers' training is the question which we must solve currently. Pay attention to the formation of every teacher's teaching thoughts has great benefits to pursing the effectiveness of teachers' training. The formation of every teacher' s teaching thoughts is the process between theory and practice. We should arrange the teachers' training plan according to their formation of their teaching thoughts.
