| 摘 要： | 改革开放30年,我国社会体育政策变化表现出社会化、法制化、科学化、生活化等阶段性特征,推动社区体育、民间体育、多元化体育发展,使国民体育权益有了基本保障,社会体育发展有了明确方向,体育管理有法可依;使健身有了科学参考,体育决策有了依据,体育科研水平有了提高。促进体育服务的发展,使体育活动日常化,为提高生活质量创造条件。应加强体育公共政策、体育社团"实体化"、基层体育服务保障指标体系、多元化体育服务与其他社会活动协调发展等政策研究。

| Abstract: | During 30-year reform and opening,the changes of social sports policies in our country gave expression to the periodic characteristics of socialization,legal-systematization,scientificalization lifization etc.,pushed forward the development of community sport,folk sport and pluralized sport,made national sports rights and interests have basic safeguard,the development of social sport have a clear direction and sports management have laws to accord to;made building-up have scientific reference,sports policy decision have bases and sports scientific research level enhanced. They promoted the development of sports service,made sports activities dailized and create conditions for improving the quality of life.It's necessary to strengthen the research on policies of sports public policies,the substantiation of social organizations,the index system of safeguarding grass-roots sports service,pluralized sports service and coordinative development with other social activities and so on. |
