摘    要:体育学科反思性教学是上海市二期课改的实践需要,它的关键在课前、课中、课后进行及时的评价和反馈,它的重点是不断调控整个教学过程。反思性教学要求教师不断地反思自我,不断地改变自己的教学方法手段,有针对性地、高效地开展体育教学,提升自己的教学水平。

Abstract:PE self-thinking teaching is needed in practise. The key lies in the timely assessment andfeedback before, in and after the classes. It requires the teacher to continuously regulate the wholeteaching process, think his/her teaching over and over again and often alter his/her teaching methods.Thus the level of teaching might be raised effectively and efficiently.
