摘    要:学校是文化阵地,理所当然应该具有浓厚的文化氛围和深厚的文化底蕴;要把文化立校兴校强校的理念贯穿于整个学校一切事务中,提升学校的品牌,建设师生成长发展的精神家园。关键在于营造学习氛围,创建学习型团队,以学习引领文化建设,创新活动载体,形成共同愿景,以有形带动无形。

Abstract:As a cultural front, school should have dense cultural atmosphere and profound cultural deposits. The whole school affairs should be based on the idea that establishing school with culture, developing school with culture and strengthening school with culture. The school brand should be promoted and make the school as a spiritual home for the development of teachers and students. The key is to create a learning atmosphere, to set up learning-oriented team, to let learning guide the cultural construction, and to create activity carriers so as to form shared visions and the tangible drives the intangible.
