| Abstract: | Actualizing quality education is the basic way to carry out the talents training goal in higher vocational college. Only when higher vocational college fully realizes the connotation of quality education, grasps the characteristics of body and mind of the students and actively explores the effec- tive mode of quality education, it can educate eligible talents for the 21 st century. |
