| 摘 要： | 随着社会的发展,电大向开放大学转型成为未来电大发展的必然趋势,本文通过阐述转型期电大文化的本质属性并以电大文化和传统校园文化的区别比较为前提,研究电大的"文化传承——文化构建——文化辐射"这一过程的意义,最后分析转型期电大文化构建面临的困境,旨在为现阶段电大向开放大学转型的文化建构提供参考。

| Abstract: | With the development of the society, the transformation from Radio and TV University to 0pen University becomes in evitable trend. This article just explores the significance of the cultural construction under the background of transition of Radio and TV University. In the mean while, it also studies the significance of the whole process of the Cultural heritage, cultural construction and cul-tural radiation of the Radio and TV University by describing the essential attribute of the Radio and TV University culture and the differ-ence between Radio and TV University culture and traditional campus culture in transition. Finally, it also analyzes the difficulties existing in the cultural construction of the Radio and TV University in transition, which is aiming to provide a reference for the cultural construc-tion in the process of transformation from Radio and TV University to Open University. |
