| 摘 要： | 远程教育平台是现代远程教育的载体,是教学和管理的基本活动空间,直接影响教学、管理的质量和效率、远程办学机构的生存和发展。当下,对第一代远程教育平台必须进行升级改造,而改造后的第二代平台应具备五个方面的特征。

| Abstract: | Modern distant education depends on distant education platforms,by which teaching and supervisory,activities are carried out.Distant education platforms directly influence teaching,the supervisory quality and efficiency as well as the survival and development of distant educational institutions.It's necessary to update the first generation of the distant education platforms,and the second generation of it ought to embody five characteristics. |
