| 摘 要： | 洞庭湖湿地资源十分丰富,极具生态旅游开发潜力。目前,整个洞庭湖一湖三地,其生态旅游资源被人为分割,缺少科学的总体规划。本文针对洞庭湖湿地生态旅游现状,阐述了制约其生态旅游发展的因素,提出了构建环洞庭湖生态旅游经济圈,走加强湿地生态环境保护、完善旅游基础设施、加大生态旅游宣传促销力度、建立协调机制、打造生态旅游品牌和品牌旅游产品的发展战略。
