| 摘 要： | 与校园文化相比,大学文化的内涵更为丰富,影响更为广泛,所承载的更能体现一所大学文化的延续性和对社会文化创新的引领作用;但是很多高校对大学文化建设的内涵理解有偏差,因而存在缺乏规划、随机性大、盲目跟风、个性缺失等问题。解决这些问题,应正确认识大学文化建设的内涵和功能,把握其社会性;应有长远规划,建立长效机制;应遵循大学文化自身特性,把握文化建设重点;应正确审视处理大学文化建设中的多对关系,形成强大合力;应积极运用现代传播手段,丰富文化建设载体。
