| 摘 要： | 高校来华留学生管理模式可以归纳成五种,即国际合作交流处模式,国际文化交流学院模式,国际合作交流处与国际文化交流学院合二为一模式,国际合作交流处与国际文化交流学院分工合作模式,国际合作交流处、国际文化交流学院和留学生处立体合作模式。前三种是典型的集管理、服务、教学于一体的管理模式;第四种模式是目前各高校普遍采取的管理模式;第五种模式比较先进,是留学生工作走向专业化管理的有效途径。从组织学原理看,高校来华留学管理工作,既要降低管理重心,以发挥基层单位的积极性;又要降低办学重心,采取错位竞争的策略,有所为,有所不为。
