| 摘 要： | 抗日战争时期,基于持久抗战的需要,通过厂矿内迁、原有企业扩充与合并、新建企业的 发展等途径,在后方地区涌现了一批引人注意的大中型企业。这些大中型企业是后方企业的核心和骨 干力量,具有较高的企业管理水平,在地域分布上相当集中,在产业结构上重工业、基本工业占较高比 重,在资本结构上国营、公营资本占据优势地位。同时与战前沿海大中型企业相比,后方大中型企业的 规模和生产能力有限,而历史作用巨大。

| Abstract: | During anti Japanese War in China's rear areas, a group of large and medium sized enterprises appeared owing to moving factories into the inland, expanding and combining the original enterprises, and running new ones to meet the need of the protraction of the war. These enterprises were pillar industries in the rear areas. In their industrial structure heavy and key industry occupied a large part, in their capital structure state owned and public capital took the upper hand. Compared with their counterparts in the coastal areas before anti Japanese War their productive scale and capacity were limited, but the role they played was important. |
